Easter

We spent Easter over at Grandma and Grandpa Scow's. The boys were really excited to find their baskets in the morning. The Easter bunny even hid the boys eggs they colored in the snow for them to find. We then went over to Tiff and Dal for a brunch for their cousin Kaejha's birthday. After that we took all the kids to the movie theater. We went back to my parents to eat and then headed down to the park for a Easter egg hunt my Mom put together for the kids. The kids loved it! They also played some flag football down at the park. The boys sure love going to Grandma and Grandpa Scows. It was a fun way to spend Easter.

Coloring Easter Eggs

We had a good time coloring eggs for FHE. We picked out a coloring kit that had sticker mustaches for the eggs. The boys had fun wearing the mustaches themselves and we all had a good laugh over how silly they all looked.

Boys

Kellen, Karson, and Korbin love to help me out with Klayton even if it means sitting in the bath tub with him while he takes a bath.

Klayton's Christmas jammies my Mom made finally fit him, so I had to get a picture of all the boys in  their matching JPs.

Weekend At Grandma Scow's

While Trevor ran his Spartan race the boys and I went to my Mom's for the weekend. It was nice being able to go for a run while I was over there I don't really get to go running all that much anymore, so I really enjoyed that. Kellen and Karson went fishing with Grandpa Scow and Davin Saturday morning. Karson caught a big cut throat and reeled it in all by himself. We all met them at the lake for a picnic at lunch time. The boys had fun palying with their cousins. 

Spartan Race

Trevor ran the Las Vegas Spartan race with his brothers, Dalen, and their friend Nate. I wasn't there but I heard he did awesome! He got a better time than last year when he ran the race in Utah, so I think he was happy. I think it is so neat that they all run this race together. I think its going to be a yearly thing they will do together. I am thinking about doing it next year with him, but I am pretty uncoordinated and a wimp, so we will have to see.  

Kellen and Karson thought Trev's headbands from the race were pretty cool. They like to wear them all the time.

St. Patrick Day

The night before St. Patrick Day, Kellen set up a trap for a leprechaun in his bedroom, so he could get some gold and buy the play ground at costco he has seen. Well the leprechaun came, but the trap didn't hold him. The boys spent the rest of the day hunting for leprechauns, but with no luck. We had a fun day anyways. The boys loved having green milk with their breakfast and lunch.

Blessed Sunday, March 13th

Our Father in Heaven, by the power of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood, which we hold, we take this infant in our arms and give him a name and a blessing. Father, the name which he will be known upon the records of the church is Klayton Michael Johnson.

At this time Klayton, as we take you into our arms, we would like to give you a blessing. Klayton you have been blesssed to be born into a family with three older brothers who love you and have been a good example to you. We bless you that you will be friends and that they will love you as we do.

We bless you with a body and mind that will continue to grow. we bless you Klayton, with the love of our Savior, that you may be blessed with the charity that our Savior has. We bless you to know of the love your Father in Heaven has for you. We bless you that you will know that we love you, that we care for you, and that we will always be here for you.

Klayton, you are surrounded by great men who hold the power of the Priesthood and we bless you that you will know of this power. We bless you that as the time comes forward, you will be blessed to serve and honorable mission and that you will one day find a worthy mate to go to the temple and make sacred covenants with our Father in Heaven.

We bless you with all the blessings our Father in Heaven has in store for you. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
