At the end of June Trevor did the Spartan race with his brothers and their friend Nate. Back in November Nate asked Trev and his brothers to do this race with him. I never thought racing would be anything Trevor would ever want to do. But they all committed to doing the race. Since November Trevor has lost 50 pounds. He is a lot healthier and feels a lot better from changing his eating habits and exercising more. I am so proud of him and his amazing accomplishment. He loved doing the Spartan race, he and his brothers are planning on doing it next year.
