Father's Day Weekend

For Father's Day weekend we went up to the mountain for lunch and took the boys fishing. We caught  some good sized fish and Trev caught a crawdad. When we got home Kellen wanted to eat the fish we kept and he did! It wasn't the best tasting fish but he still ate it! We had a fun day in the mountains. I love watching Trev be with our boys, he is such a good Dad and Husband. He works hard all day and still makes time to wrestle with his boys. We are so blessed to have him in our lives.

Karson turns 2

Yesterday Karson turned 2 years old! He is such a sweet little boy who loves to play and do everything his older brother does. I am grateful that Kellen and Karson have each other they truly are the best of friends. I love being their Mom and spending everyday with them. We had a great day spending time at the pool with family, opening presents, and having cake and ice cream.

New Pool

This last week we bought the boys a little pool for the yard. They have loved it and it is so fun to watch them play in it. They like to pretend they are shooting bears and the birds that fly by with their water guns. Such cute boys they are what makes life fun!

Karson's Crazy Hair

I love Karson's hair a little bit longer. One day I had fun getting his hair to stand up just to see how long it really was on top. He looked pretty silly. When Trevor came home from work that day he said I needed to give Karson a haircut. He got a haircut soon after. I miss his long hair good thing it grows back.

Memorial Day Weekend

For memorial day weekend we had made plans to go camping with my parents in the motor home, but because of locked gates we were not able to meet up with them. Instead we camped by the cabin and spent time with Tiffany and Dalen's family. The boys had a ball playing with there cousins. I enjoyed spending time with my sister and being up in the mountains. Kellen already is asking to go camping again, I can't wait either. I love making memories with my family.

We had fun riding horses and hiking to the "name tree."

On our hike the kids had a blast having snow ball fights in the snow banks.

The view from the "name tree" sure was beautiful even if the trees didn't have leaves yet.

Trevor carved the boys names into a tree once we had made it to the top. Now the boys have their own name tree.

They couldn't get enough of the snow.
This little boy loved being on the horses. It was hard to get him out of the saddle.

Yee-Haw

Lately Kellen and Karson have really like playing with the rocking horse we have. Karson will ride it and yell  YEE-HAW COWBOY over and over again. I can never say enough how neat it is that they are such great friends. These boys have been so much fun and I am really excited that will be having another little boy soon to join in on the fun we have together.

Backyard Adventure

The boys love to be outside every minute they can. Today while they were playing in our yard I was cleaning house and they came and got me and wanted me to got "fight monsters" with them in the tall grass. As you can see from the pictures we have very tall grass almost taller than Karson. It was fun to go out and  "fight monsters" with them in the tall grass. I left them to play in the grass while I was going to go start dinner. On my way into the house I heard Karson scream as I started back and asked Kellen what happened he said a cat scared him. I went back to the tall grass to find this cat and scare it away so it wouldn't scare Karson. I heard some low growls and found a mother cat with four babies nestled in the tall grass. I guess we weren't the only ones in the tall grass at least it was a cat and not a monster.
