California

We had been anticipating our vacation to California for quite sometime and we enjoyed it to the fullest! We left on Saturday and drove half way to Mesquite, we were all more than happy to be out of the car and in nice warm weather. The hotel we stayed at was right next to a casino, so needless to say there were quite a bit of partiers hanging out around the hotel. The boys had tons of energy! Good thing there was a big hill behind the hotel to let the boys climb up. They had fun finding pretty rocks and picking their Mom flowers. It was neat to see the city around us.

When we finally got to California the resort we stayed at was breath taking. It was so beautiful there. The best way to describe it is a paradise. They had everything you could imagine pools, play ground, fire pits, basketball court, volleyball, pool tables, BBQ gills, work out rooms and so much more all included in our stay. They also had tons of activities you could participate in, but we already had made our plans before we got there.

Monday we took the shuttle the resort offers down to crystal cove beach. Kellen loved the beach...Karson not so much, but he did like playing in the sand, finding sea shells, and climbing rocks....Korbin liked it as long as you were holding him or playing in the sand with him. I loved the beach. The ocean is amazing, I could have stayed there all day.

Monday night we went to the dinner show medieval times. The boys were already obsessed with knights and after we took them there even more so now. All three boys were memorized by the show. Korbin loved watching the horses perform. Kellen and Karson's favorite part was the sword fights. It is such a neat place to go, it was all so real to the boys being in a castle watching the knights perform.
