As I was getting things ready to go camping on the desert for the weekend my Mom called and told us what the meal plan was. I had already bought stuff to do tin foil dinners out on the desert, but we didn't need to take tin foil dinners. So for dinner one evening during the week I made the tin foil dinners and we took the boys up Mt. Nebo, found a fire pit and had a little picnic. We love tin foil dinners and decided we need to do tin foil dinners more often. It was a lot of fun to have a minute being in the mountains with our boys. They had fun throwing rocks in the river and adventuring around.

Building
We have been back and forth on what we should do since we sold our home. We felt like there was nothing in the house market that was in our price range that would be good for our family and property to build was pretty pricey too. We had pretty much decided that we were going to buy a lot in Moroni and build, because that is where we could afford to live and then Trevor's Grandma offered to sell us a piece of property up at the farm. Everything fell in to place and so that is where we are building. It is still hard to believe that we are building a house. We love to check on the progress everyday. It has been moving a long pretty good so far. I hope it continues to move along smoothly. We are hoping to be done building at the ended of September.

Turning 28
28 sounds old to me...but I feel so blessed to be where I am at in life. Life is good despite trails and weaknesses I have. I can't help but think of the phrase in the scriptures "men are that they may have joy" and their is so much joy in my life. Life is good as long as we are striving to look for the good around us and the good in those around us. God is good to me despite my imperfections and down falls. I want to be what He sees in me and as long as I keep trying everyday to be more like my Savior I know I can change and be a little bit better everyday. I love watching the sunset and rise everyday. I feel like it is away that God is showing us that he loves us, by letting us enjoy the beautiful world around us. I know Heavenly Father loves me and wants to help me be a better Wife, Mother, Daughter, and neighbor, because he knows I want to be better.
I love my boys! I am so blessed! For my Birthday Trevor brought me home biggies for lunch and later when the boys and I had walked down to the mail Trevor met us there with beautiful roses that the boys had wanted to get me for my Birthday. I am one lucky lady to be surrounded by such sweet men.
Going to the the temple with Trevor is also something I look forward to. We try to go once a month and I love having that time with Trevor and being in the Lord's house. It is so up lifting and if I prepare myself with the right spirit I learn so much.
Easter Weekend
The Easter bunny found us out on the desert! He hid their bucket up the the rock above our motor home and hid their eggs so good that Dad had to help them find them...The boys had fun playing in the rocks and sand around our camp with their cousins. We took the boys on a some hikes around where we were camping to go see some Indian writing and explore a ravine. The desert is so beautiful this time of year! I love being out there with my family. Kellen and Karson stayed at came and played with cousins while Trevor and I went on a four wheeler ride to the swinging bridge with Korbin and Klayton. Klayton and Korbin had fun throwing rock in the river. I also took Korbin on a four wheeler ride to go see the dinosaur foot print. Korbin kept saying "the dinosaurs are dead, they wont eat me huh Mom." I think he was a little worried. My Mom did her annual Easter egg hunt out on the desert and the boys were pretty excited about it and had fun finding their eggs. Kellen had been asking Trev and I all day to hike up to this cave that was high above our camp, so after dinner we hiked up there with him. He thought it was pretty cool to be up so high above camp. I was a little nervous about taking him up to the cave, but he was a good little climber.
