This time of year

Kellen had fun at his preschool party with his cousin Kaecee. He was excited to wear his jammies and drink hot chocolate. 

The boys made gingerbread houses that turned out so cute. I have the sitting on my kitchen table for everyone to see.

We love going to the live nativity that they do every year. It is a good way to remember the true meaning of Christmas. 

Taking the boys to the festival of lights is also something we try to do every year with the boys. They get so excited to see all the different kind of lights. I love watching how excited they get.

Tis the season of making sugar cookies...lots and lots of sugar cookies. Good thing we love to eat them!

It really hasn't snowed all the much this winter yet, but the boys can not get enough of the snow we have had. They have loved to play in it and attempt to make little snowmen. Korbin hasn't figured out how to walk in the snow with all his snow clothes on with out falling over. For the most part he will just stand there and say "I stuck." 

 A little six year old girl named Addie that lives in Fountain Green has a rare brain disease and is not expected to live long. The community did a light parade in Fountain Green for Addie. We went and watch it, it was pretty neat. They had horses with Christmas lights on them, tons of fire trucks, fun floats people had put together, the Grinch and Santa Clause were in the parade too. By the time it was over we were freezing, but it was worth it.
