The weekend of the 24th is the Johnson family reunion. The day before we went on the mountain for the reunion Trina invited me and the boys to go on a hike up Maple Canyon. I haven't explored me up Maple Canyon, so I was pretty excited about going and so were the boys. If was such fun hike and all the kids had fun climbing the rocks and exploring. Friday we went up to the cabin and went on a little hike with the kids looking for some deer. We actually saw quite a bit of deer and the kids were able to get pretty close to the deer, so they thought that was pretty neat. Saturday we just hung out and the kids played. When we were heading home that evening we stopped at the lake to go catch crawdads. Kellen was scared of the crawdads and ran up the mountain when Trev tried to get him to hold one. Trev eventually got him to hold one, after he held one he decided they weren't that bad and had fun catching them with the other kids. Karson and Korbin wouldn't touch the crawdads, but maybe next. Trev had work off on Monday, so we decided to take him on the fun hike at Maple Canyon up to the arch. That evening we had a FHE with Trevor family at the Chester pool and had a BBQ at Trina's house.
